Dr. Chang attended medical school at Yang Ming University in Taiwan and graduated in 1984.  He completed his Internal Medicine residency and internship at Tufts and Boston University teaching programs at the Boston VA Hospital. 

Dr. Chang earned his Masters of Public Health degree at Harvard University in 1987. He conducted research at Harvard Medical School’s Department of Pathology for two years.  He is a Board Certified internist with 30 years of experience caring for patients.  Dr. Chang speaks English, Chinese, and Taiwanese.

Julie McLaughlin, AGNP-C

Julie McLaughlin  is a Board Certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.  She received her Masters Degree in Nursing from Boston College in 2016.

Prior to becoming a NP, she worked as a registered nurse at Brigham & Women's Hospital and VNA Care Network.  She holds her Bachelors of Science degree from Simmons College in Boston MA.
